About Us
Spectrum Connection of Arkansas is a local nonprofit based in Mountain Home, founded in 2024. We are a team of volunteers...moms, grandparents, friends, professionals and community members...working hard to raise awareness and provide resources for families and individuals affected by Autism, ADHD, ADD, and Dyslexia.
Spectrum Connection of Arkansas serves the entire Twin Lakes Area with one simple goal at the heart of everything we do:
Bridging the gap between parents and teachers so every child gets the support they need, at home and in the classroom.
Our Mission & Focus
Giving hope through real solutions, in an environment that feels like home. We know that navigating a diagnosis — or wondering if you should seek one — can feel overwhelming and isolating. Spectrum Connection exists so no family in the Twin Lakes Area has to go through it alone.
We're building a practical, hands-on framework to support students and families throughout the Twin Lakes Area. Rather than one-size-fits-all advice, we focus on real tools that work in real homes and real classrooms.
Ongoing Support
Whether you're seeking a diagnosis, looking for community, or a parent in need of education and guidance for your child, our ongoing support team is here for you. We are here to provide personalized resources and support...just reach out for connection, encouragement, and practical tools.
Who Benefits From Spectrum Connection
The common thread: this isn't a clinical or diagnostic service — it's a peer and community support organization. So the people who'll get the most out of it are those who want connection and practical, lived-experience guidance, not just a referral to a specialist. If someone is looking for medical treatment or formal therapy, Spectrum Connection is more of a companion to that than a replacement for it.
